Servcorp expands in Tokyo and Fukuoka

Servcorp, International provider of premium Serviced Office and Virtual Office solutions, are set to open two new locations in Japan; Marunouchi Trust Tower, Tokyo and Da Vinci Fukuoka Tenjin, Fukuoka.

Following a recent announcement of plans for further global expansion, Servcorp will add to its network of prestigious locations in Japan. Servcorp offers high-quality fit-outs, a superior standard of service and provides businesses with the latest in IT and communications solutions.

Opening December 2009, Marunouchi Trust Tower-Main is located in "Marunouchi 1-chome", Japan's core business district above Tokyo's triple access station. This location will become Servcorp's flagship location in Japan; giving businesses convenient access to many major cities throughout Japan via Otemachi and Nihonbashi Stations. Servcorp will join major international companies such as Mitsubishi Group, Toyota, KPMG and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu all based within the iconic Marunouchi Precinct.

Opening January 2010, the Da Vinci Fukuoka Tenjin Building will be Servcorp's first location in Fukuoka City, situated within Kyushu's largest commercial and business district; Tenjin. Seen as the gateway to other major Asian cities, Fukuoka is one hour to Seoul, one-and-a-half hours to Shanghai, and two-and-a-half hours to Hong Kong. Also known as Japan's IT industry capital, Fukuoka is the ideal setting for Servcorp's industry leading IT and communications infrastructure. This will enable a wide range of industries and businesses with efficient means of conducting their business activities.
